KLABF

マレーシアのクアラルンプールで行われたKLABF（KUALA LUMPUR ART BOOK FAIR）で
サリーン・チェン、松田洋和とともに企画展示、トークショーを行いました。
KLABFはインディペンデント出版、現代アート、デザイン、ZINEなどのアートブックカルチャーに
特化したイベントです。同企画展示のビジュアルもTokenで制作しました。
企画展はトークショーを含め3人の制作過程が見えるような展示をコンセプトとしました。
ビジュアルではセロテープとマスキングテープを使い、中が透けた表現で3人を象徴するモチーフと
文字を制作。コンセプトを体現したビジュアルとなっています。

At KLABF — the Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair — held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we organized a special exhibition and held a talk event together with Sareen Chen and Hirokazu Matsuda. KLABF is an event dedicated to art book culture, including independent publishing, contemporary art, design, and zines. Token also produced the visuals for the exhibition. The concept of the exhibition, including the talk event, was to offer a glimpse into the creative processes of the three participating artists. For the visuals, we used cellophane tape and masking tape to create translucent motifs and lettering that symbolized each of the three artists. The result was a visual identity that embodied the concept of the exhibition.
